A few reminders as we begin the year:
- Chromebook, Bus Badge and Locker days are:
- 7th, 8th, 10, 11th, and 12th - Tuesday 8/23-Friday 8/26 9:00-3:30 PM.
- 6th and 9th - Tuesday 8/23 9:00-3:30 PM or Thursday 6:00-8:00 PM.
- The first day of classes is Tuesday, September 6, 2022.
- Our school day begins at 7:45 AM. Please make sure you leave the house in time to beat the rush.
- School Supplies: BPCSD has been able to purchase the school supplies teachers have required for our students this year. Of course if there are special tissues, pens, trapper keepers, or squishy pencil holders your child prefers you are welcome to purchase those also. (Of course bring your own headphones and change of clothes for gym)
- Cellphones are a privilege to only be used in a safe manner that benefits learning.
- 6-8 cell phones must stay in their lockers.
- 9-12 out of sight out of mind, unless used with teacher permission
- If you drop off or pick up your child, please use the drop off/pick up location in the back of the school.
- If your child attends a BOCES vocational program they will be required to use the school transportation.
- Academic assistance on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-3:30 PM. This is a huge advantage to understanding and completing challenging academics. Please have your child participate as much as possible. We are continuing to work on transportation for this. We will be in touch if we are unable to provide it.
- Only clear/mesh backpacks will be allowed through the halls. All other backpacks must stay in the lockers.
- Waterbottles - please have your child come to school with a clean water bottle full of delicious H2O.
- Review the Student/Parent Handbook
- You will be required to acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand the document. You will be notified when this is available online.
