Dear Bemus Point Parents and Community,

We want to know what YOU think about your child's school and the district. The information from this survey will help us improve student relationships, learning conditions, and our overall environment. 

Your answers are confidential. Your answers will be combined with those of other parents and community members. No one will be told how you answered. 

This survey is voluntary. You do NOT have to answer any question if you do not want to, but we hope you will answer as many questions as you can.
