The digital equity survey is available for all parents in PowerSchool. Please follow the instructions below.
A new Icon will be visible to Parents and Students in the left hand column.
When in the Public Portal an initial screen appears after clicking on the icon. This screen shows a record of all entries, and the user does have the ability to modify existing information or create a new record. Parents can click the NEW button to create a new record.
A drawer opens for easy data entry, the Parent chooses from drop downs and must complete each question in order to save the record.
